Hi Lovelies!

Today I thought I'd let you guys take a sneak inside by makeup bag and tell you all about the products I have been obsessing about recently.

I know, I know I am extremely late to the party on this and I finally understand what all the hype was about.  I was lucky enough to be gifted this gorj palette for Christmas and I haven't managed to put it down since. It is the perfect staple palette that you can create so many looks with from day to night.  I took it to my recent trip to Rome (blog post here if ya'll missed it) and I used it every day.  The shadows are super pigmented and blend like a dream.  Not to mention the packaging huh? I'm such a suck for pretty packaging - hands up if you are with me!

I am in love with this primer.  I am someone that can suffer from very dehydrated skin *mental note to self to drink more water*. I feel like this primer gives me that extra boost after applying my moisturiser. As soon as you pop this on it instantly feels cooling and refreshing.   My make up glides on over the top and I've been noticing such a difference when I miss this step.

I have tried a lot of different foundations over the years and have always chopped and changed what I have used day to day without much hesitation but before I went on holiday last year I wanted to find the perfect foundation that would stay put no matter what without going patchy and sliding off half way through the day.  The YSL touche eclat is now my favourite base - hands down!  It has the most silky smooth formula and buffs perfectly on to the skin.  As my skin is dehydrated, this foundation gives it that shine an boost of radiance that is so desperately needed.  So if you have oily skin this might not be the best pick for you as it is very dewy.

I think the whole blogging/youtube community, the world and his wife have used this mascara. It's an oldie but a goodie and that's why I can't help myself to keep going back.   It lengthens and curls your lashes and adds so much volume!  Be careful though, I think if you build it up too much it can being to look clumpy.

I am completely head over heels in love with this lipstick.  It is the perfect pinky nude 'my lips but better colour'. It feels so moisturising when you first apply to the lips and has a lovely creamy texture. Charlotte Tilbury market this lipstick in their Matte Revolution range but if you want a matte lippy this is not one I would a recommend. I personally do not think that this is a Matte lipstick.  It will need topping up a few times throughout the day but I think if you use it paired with the Pillow Talk Lip Cheat  it lasts much longer.

I hope you guys have enjoyed having a peek into my current makeup bag!  Let me know what your current favourites are in the comments below!
